Account Registration & Security

Closure by the Player

- If the closure is due to verified fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling, all funds — including Real Money Funds — may be frozen pending investigation and potential forfeiture.
- If the closure is due to a policy breach not involving fraud (such as duplicate account creation without evidence of fraudulent intent), Real Money Funds minus any bonus winnings generated in breach of terms will typically be returned to the player's registered payment method.
- 8999bed will notify the player of an account closure via the registered email address, unless notification itself would compromise an ongoing investigation or is prohibited by applicable law.
